Glencoe Hostel is conveniently located just off the main A82 trunk road, one of the most stunning drives in the country through dramatic Highland scenery.
Please be aware there is no street lighting between the hostel, Glencoe Village and the Clachaig so if you are planning to walk please bring a torch.

Local Transport
By Car
From Crianlarich and the south come through Glencoe and take the right hand turn signposted "Clachaig Inn". You will now be on an old singletrack road, continue on this past the Clachaig and for a further mile. We are currently signposted "Glencoe Bunkhouses" on the left.From Fort William and the North take the left hand junction signposted "Kinlochleven and Glencoe", then take the immediate right into Glencoe Village. Continue past the Spar shop and over the hump backed bridge across the river for another mile. We are signposted "Glencoe Bunkhouses" on the right.
Bus Services
The Citylink bus drops off at Glencoe Crossroads which is the best stop for us. The local Kinlochleven bus drops off at Glencoe Junction. From either stop walk into Glencoe, past the Spar shop, then follow the "by car" directions above as if coming from Fort William.
